Emergency Management Solutions was founded by Jeff Sellers. Jeff has several decades of experience in emergency management, fire and security service. Jeff served on the Texas Governor's special security unit and is a licensed firearms instructor in multiple disciplines. Jeff also has experience in safety & security consulting to provide hardened target protection against outside threats.

Jeff's son was in the 2009 Fort Hood Islamic Terrorism shooting that claimed the life of 13 people and wounded 30. His son survived. The incident pushed Jeff to create the Texas School & Civil Defender Guardian Program which protects students and church members.

Experience includes: 28 years firearms instruction, law enforcement, fire, Military special security unit, Private Investigator, Fugitive Recovery, DPS and TCOLE firearms qualified, 21 years security and safety consulting, active shooter instructor. FEMA certifications and Military Emergency Management Specialist.
